Meet your coach

 My name is Jared Evans, and I have been specializing in fitness and coaching others to achieve their goals since 2005. 


 Getting into shape can seem complicated, and difficult, but it doesn't have to be. 


If you have been struggling to get things rolling with your fitness program, and are considering getting some help from a personal trainer in the Houston area, then look no further. 


When I work with my clients, I work to make things as easy as possible for them. I remove the guesswork by getting to know them, their needs, and their goals. 


From there I lay out the plan with this in mind and then help them execute it and stay accountable.


If you are outside the Houston TX area, no problem! I still can help you through virtual or online coaching as well. I have clients all over the USA that I work with remotely to help them reach their goals.

 Part of what makes personal training actually personal is getting to know you as a person. I want to know what your goals are, your injury history, what kinds of workouts and sports you've done in the past, your preferences for exercises and equipment, as well as what motivates and inspires you.
