I have worked out of several parks in the area and also in people's homes if that is what they prefer. We can use equipment you have, or I can also bring some of my lightweight and mobile equipment.
Examples of things we may use include TRX, resistance bands, medicine balls, sandbags, and of course, your own bodyweight can give us a variety of options.
I will create a customized workout to your goals after we discuss your needs as well as medical and injury history so that we can keep you safe and having a good time while exercising.

Virtual training has gotten more popular since the Covid 19 pandemic, but I believe it will always have a place in certain peoples lives now because of the convenience and flexibility it provides.
Some of my clients travel frequently throughout the year, going all over the country. But no matter what city they are in, as long as they have an internet connection and their phone, we can still train together.

By training online, you can workout when you want, and where you want. You don't have to synchronize your schedule with your trainer, and you don't even have to train in a gym if you don't want to (we have equipment free/minimal equipment options).
With my online training, what you are getting is a personalized, effective workout program for your goals. Working with an expert saves you time and energy and allows you to get where you are going faster and with less mistakes along the way.
You also get help with your nutrition, tools for tracking and forming new healthy habits, and perhaps most importantly, accountability. Transforming your body and life isn't impossible, it just takes the right approach with a skilled coach. Hey, that rhymed!
We can even check and coach your exercise form through video if need be, so there is almost nothing we can't do with online training. Making sure you are doing every step of the plan correctly is one of the things that really separates following a workout you found online and having a real coach.

The programs are customized from scratch to fit your needs with the goals we set together. But the main two options we focus on are losing fat, or building muscle.
I promise to help you reach your goal if you follow the program and my nutrition guidelines- yes, food will be a factor here.
But the workouts will be efficient and effective and your program can be scaled to your athletic ability and schedule.
Before starting the program, I will ask you a series of questions to find out about your health history, injuries, available time to train, equipment you have access to, etc. Then I will make you a plan to fit your life.
