By training online, you can workout when you want, and where you want. You don't have to synchronize your schedule with your trainer, and you don't even have to train in a gym if you don't want to (we have equipment free/minimal equipment options).
With our online training, what you are getting is a personalized, effective workout program for your goals. You also get help with your nutrition, tools for tracking and forming new healthy habits, and perhaps most importantly, accountability.
We can even check and coach your exercise form through video if need be, so there is almost nothing we can't do with online training, except give you a hug. Sorry.

I wanted to put this video out there for a little context of what I believe as a trainer, and I also want people to know that I am a regular guy, I'm not perfect. This is my passion and my job (I am a fitness coach after all), but I still have other hobbies and interests.
Sometimes I eat chocolate, stay up late, or miss a workout here and there. But being healthy and fit doesn't have to make your life about adhering to strict rules 100% of the time, you can still enjoy yourself.
This video is from a while back, but I still believe in the basic tenants of fitness that I did then. For longevity and health, improve your strength, get enough sleep and water, eat real food and have some fun. It may be a little more complicated than that, but only if you make it that way.

I offer a complete online training package to give you everything you need. You will get your workout programs, messages from yours truly, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking through our special software.
The programs are customized to fit your needs with the goals we set together. But the main two options we focus on are losing fat, or building muscle.
I promise to help you reach your goal if you follow this program and my nutrition guidelines- yes, food will be a factor here.
But the workouts will be efficient and effective and your program can be scaled to your athletic ability and schedule.
To really deliver results, I need you to commit at least 2 days per week at a minimum to this program but we can do up to 7 days per week.
Before starting the program, I will ask you a series of questions to find out about your history (nothing too creepy), injuries, available time to train, equipment you have access to, etc. Then I will make you a plan to fit your life.
